About Us.

Tier One Physical Therapy opened in September 2023 with a mission to provide high-quality, personalized care to our community. Founded by Caitlin Webb, PT, DPT, the clinic is named in honor of her father, the late Thomas H. Greer—known as Dalton Fury, author of Tier One Wild. His example of dedication and excellence continues to shape the spirit of our practice.

What began as a small outpatient clinic has quickly grown into a trusted provider for orthopedic, post-operative, neurologic, pediatric, and sports rehabilitation. Our team focuses on evidence-based treatment, hands-on care, and clear education to help every patient move with confidence and purpose.
At Tier One, we believe recovery should feel supportive, accessible, and individualized. Whether you’re managing pain, working toward surgical recovery, or helping your child reach new milestones, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Tier One is more than our name—it’s the level of care we promise.
Meet the Team.

This well-rounded background allows her to approach each patient—whether adult or child—with a deep understanding of movement, development, safety, and functional recovery.

Caitlin opened Tier One PT to serve the community she loves. A 2012 Dodge County High School graduate, she is proud to bring high-quality, hometown-focused care back to Rhine and the surrounding areas. She has special interests in pediatrics, orthopedic rehab, developmental therapy, and continued professional growth, with future aspirations of bringing pediatric intensives to the area.

Outside of the clinic, Caitlin is married to Brinson and is a proud mom to her daughter, Elle, who is often the spark of joy behind many of her creative clinic projects. When she’s not treating patients or managing her growing practice, Caitlin enjoys spending time with family, designing marketing and branding projects for Tier One, improving her home and garden, and soaking up time outdoors.

Caitlin’s passion for people, commitment to comprehensive care, and dedication to her community are at the heart of everything she does at Tier One Physical Therapy.

A Georgia Southern University graduate with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2021), Claire brings a level of maturity, professionalism, and clinical intuition well beyond her years of practice.
She has meaningful experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, inpatient care, and home health, giving her a well-rounded perspective on patient recovery. Claire has a natural talent for working with athletes, fueled by her own background as a lifelong softball player, and she especially shines in helping individuals safely and confidently return to the sports and activities they love.

Her patients appreciate her calm presence, her ability to explain things clearly, and the way she makes every session feel supportive, encouraging, and productive.
