What types of health insurance do you accept?
We currently accept Medicaid, Caresource, and Amerigroup. We are in the process of joining the Medicare, Tricare East, and BCBS networks. If we are out of network with your insurance, we will provide you with a superbill to send to your insurance company.
Do I need a Doctor’s referral?
Medicaid and Medicare patients do need a doctor's referral. Private insurance clients are able to be seen for an evaluation prior to getting a referral.
How do I make an appointment?
If we receive a referral for you, we will contact you to book your appointment. If you would like to consult with us before getting a referral, please feel free to call, text, or email us to schedule a consultation.
